Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Management Engineer III on the Delivery Management x Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for...

• Support end-to-end delivery management activities across implementation, enhancement, and operational initiatives
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting across cross-functional teams
• Track delivery progress against scope, schedule, and budget expectations and escalate variances to project leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance routines, action tracking, and communications for internal and client-facing teams
• Maintain delivery artifacts, reporting dashboards, and project documentation to support execution and decision-making

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or implementation management
• 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology or business delivery workstreams
• Experience using at least one delivery management tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project
• Experience preparing status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and project documentation
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification
• Experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting software implementation, modernization, or managed service programs
• Experience participating in stakeholder governance, dependency management, and release planning

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Illinois, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Illinois and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
