Role Overview

This is an on-site IT Technician role. The technician will manage and support moderately complex systems and provide direct technical assistance to users. Responsibilities include maintaining core systems (Windows and macOS), deploying software, and ensuring antivirus protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets for hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Use remote tools to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Visit sites to install or update hardware/software and perform quality checks.
• Document issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets.
• Assist help desk staff when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide executive-level support when required.
• Advise users on hardware/software solutions and assist with complex issues.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  
  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
