Dermatology Specialists of Illinois is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dermatologists and physician assistants with clinical procedures and patient care
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
• Record patient medical histories, medications and vital signs
• Manage and maintain patient records and documentation
• Assist in skin biopsies, removals and surgical procedures
• Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare routines
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment
• Coordinate with other staff to optimize patient flow and office efficiency

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred, but not required - willing to train and certify the right person
• Previous experience in dermatology or a similar medical field is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
