Janitor - Helper C - The Lydian
Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com is seeking a Janitor for our Chicago, IL location. This position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well maintained living environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
§ Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
§ Clean community offices, club rooms, amenity spaces, models, and exercise rooms daily.
§ Read, understand and comply with product labels and safety policy and procedure manuals.
§ Proficiency in customer service to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members.
