CRNA Role:

Monday Friday 6:30am 4pm

Location Munster, IN (Community Hospital)

General GI cases for the CRNA

In-House Anesthesia supervision

Credentialing will take approximately 75 days

Would prefer someone with an IN license but will take someone where the process has been started

• What type of surgical procedures will the CRNA be providing service for? These are GI cases only
• Will the CRNA be taking any call? - No
• Will they work weekends? - No
• When would be a realistic start date? As soon as they are credentialed, hopefully within 75 days
