Buyer

LaSalle Network is hiring a Buyer to support a growing procurement team focused on large-scale construction and international projects. This Buyer role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership of the full procurement lifecycle and wants to make a direct impact on project success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage sourcing and procurement of construction materials, equipment and services
• Lead RFQs/ITBs from creation through bid evaluation and award
• Analyze vendor bids and drive cost savings through negotiation and BAFO processes
• Partner with project teams and Work Package Managers to ensure accurate purchasing
• Issue and manage purchase orders within ViewPoint
• Track supplier performance through delivery, quality and cost metrics
• Support logistics and material expediting as needed
• Maintain accurate reporting and procurement documentation

What’s needed:

• 3–5+ years of procurement experience as a Buyer (construction preferred)
• Minimum associate’s degree required
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Strong understanding of RFQs, sourcing and vendor management
• Proficient Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation for this role is $80,000 – $85,000 annually.
