Program Manager(TransCom SISO)
As a Program Manager at Horizon Industries, you'll play a key role in managing technical efforts and contract performance at Scott AFB, Illinois. This position offers a unique opportunity to interface directly with Government management personnel, ensuring that all contractor personnel are effectively supervised.
Your responsibilities will include staffing all tasks, formulating work standards, and reviewing work discrepancies. You'll also be responsible for communicating organizational policies and goals to your team, making this a pivotal role in the success of our operations.
