We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is experienced in supporting civil litigation and trial preparation. The position will focus on assisting attorneys with document reviews, keyword tagging, and preparing deliverables within strict deadlines.
Responsibilities: • Analyze and review case documents, ensuring thorough examination for relevant keywords. • Organize and tag records related to federal employment cases to streamline case preparation. • Collaborate with attorneys to develop client deliverables and meet tight deadlines. • Support trial preparation efforts, including managing discovery and pre-trial documentation. • Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and organized case files. • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents required for litigation. • Ensure compliance with procedural rules and guidelines throughout the case management process. • Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling large volumes of case records. • Provide additional support as needed to ensure the success of litigation efforts.
The pay range for this position is 22 to 27. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
