Business Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to join our growing team. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and has the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Work closely with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support implementation activities, change management, and end-user training.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress and business insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data Analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project environments.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, or technology industries is a plus.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
