We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Director to manage the Chicago, IL market. Qualified candidates will live in the Chicago metro area.
Position Summary:
Our Regional Sales Directors are individual contributors who are responsible for driving new revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents and other financial professionals (Distributors) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes. By establishing credibility and being a trusted advisor to our Distributors, you will sell Benefit Accounts (FSA, HAS, HRA Lifestyle and Fringe), COBRA Administration and Compliance Solutions to new and existing clients.
Your professional sales experience will allow you to strategically manage the sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
- A minimum of three years professional sales experience working with direct B2B sales.
- Previous sales experience using a relationship-selling model is preferred
- Previous Employee Benefit industry experience and/or connections is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in order to conduct face-to-face sales calls.
