Regional CDL A Driver -Home Weekly - IL-IN-OH-MI

Are you looking for a stable, year-round driving career with excellent weekly pay running IL, IN, OH, and MI ? We are hiring CDL-A drivers with at least 3 months of experience for a regional run that guarantees you get home every week. Take your truck home during your time off and enjoy a consistent schedule.

Compensation and Bonuses

• Weekly Earnings: $1,750 to $2,150
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 paid out across your first 6 months
• Mileage Rate: $0.80 to $0.86 CPM based on experience
• Unload Pay: $325 per trailer (Drivers average 3 unloads per week)
• Paid Account Training: $150/day (Lasts 3 to 6 days)

Job Duties and Freight

• Deliveries are made by sliding boxes onto a conveyor belt.
• No merchandising required and no need to enter the storestore staff handle all inventory off the belt.
• Operating area keeps you within 500 miles of home.

Benefits and Home Time

• Home Weekly: Guaranteed at least one weekend day at home (not a full weekend, but guaranteed weekly home time).
• Rider and Pet Policy: Bring a pet and a loved one with you from Day 1 (policy applies after the 3 to 6 day training period is complete).
• Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K eligibility starts after 30 days.

Hiring Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (OTR, Regional, or Local) in the last 3 years.
• Drug/Alcohol History: Zero tolerance. Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug test.
• Employment Stability: No more than 4 jobs in the past year, 6 jobs in the past 2 years, or 8 jobs in the past 3 years.
• Safety Terminations: Cannot have been terminated for safety reasons from your last employer. (If previously terminated for safety, 6 months of clean driving with a different carrier is required).
• MVR and Background: Maximum of 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years (max 3 total incidents). No major moving violations in the last 12 months, and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
