Marketing Account Manager

How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on executing marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of driving organic growth, this position's key accountability is executing measurable regional marketing strategies and campaigns in support of identified marketing and sales goals. Incumbents will work closely with Regional Marketing Managers and internal and external creative and production resources to deliver key marketing activities and programs, including lead generation campaigns, events, advertising, public relations and social media. Essential responsibilities also include: Project management, Campaign monitoring and reporting, Competitive analysis, Industry analysis and prospect research, and Tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.About You Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 5 years relevant experience in B2B marketing. Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications. Strong communication skills. Excellent time management & organizational skills. Preferred: Commercial insurance experience highly desirable. Familiarity with SalesForce a plus. Behaviors: Service-oriented and responsive mindset. Ability to handle pressure, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and accurately. Analytical and organized problem solver with excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
