What we're looking for: Under the direction of the Assistant Director: Corporate & Exhibition Services, the Corporate Relations & Exhibition Services Intern will assist in the day-to-day logistics including maintain exhibitor database, communicating with current/sponsor exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.
This position is a paid internship ($20/hour) at 15-20 hours per week, in a hybrid work environment in our Oak Brook, IL office. The internship begins early September and ends mid-December (approximately 14 weeks).
What you'll do:
- Assist in the maintenance of the exhibitor and sponsorship database
- Assist in the processing and communication of exhibitor’s booth activities
- Assist in the coordination and production of marketing activities
- Assist in the tracking/proofing of sponsorship activities.
- Coordinate production of onsite meeting materials
- Provide support to other areas of the Department with special projects
- Support Corporate Relations and Exhibition Services activities at McCormick Place during annual meeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and various software programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work at McCormick Place for RSNA 2025, November 30-December 3
