- Experience in critical care, med-surg, telemetry, or float pool nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred for critical care units.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions across multiple units.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows.
