Production Coordinator
Job description
The Culinary Quantification Coordinator is responsible for accurately translating menus into precise ingredient quantities to support culinary production, ordering, and inventory management. This role ensures that recipes, event forecasts, and production plans are properly quantified, helping the culinary and operations teams execute events efficiently and cost-effectively.
The Coordinator works closely with the Culinary Procurement Team, in-house chefs, and production teams to ensure that all menu items are calculated correctly, adjustments are made for scale or dietary requirements, and documentation is accurate for ordering and inventory purposes. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to consistency are essential to this role.
