We’re on the hunt for a proactive Network Support Administrator to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be managing and resolving tickets for our Meraki networks, Microsoft 365 & Azure environments, Telephony, endpoint management, and mobility. A large portion of this position will be the ability to manage end user tickets, solve problems, close tickets in an accurate and efficient manner to support our infrastructure technology. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Meraki networks and related infrastructure.
• Administer Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
• Handle IT requests efficiently via ticketing and RMM platforms.
• Maintain compliance and best practices following security standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement upgrades and new solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring – The Person:

• 5-7 years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Solid experience with Meraki, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Working knowledge of call routes, call menu systems, and VOIP technology
• Proficient with ticketing systems, MDM and RMM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• This position will require the selected candidate to pass a technical test before hiring.

Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft/Azure certifications.
• Experience with cloud security and advanced endpoint management.
