Electrical Control Panel Builder
Join a stable, long-standing manufacturer where you’ll build and wire both standard and highly customized industrial control panels. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Panel Builder who enjoys hands-on electrical work and wants to grow their skills in automation and controls.
What You’ll Do
- Build, wire, and test industrial control panels from electrical schematics and BOMs
- Work on both repeat panels and large, customized panels requiring several weeks of wiring
- Install and troubleshoot relays, circuit breakers, switches, and motor controls
- Work with PLCs and HMIs and provide light troubleshooting as needed
- Perform basic mechanical work including drilling, tapping, punching holes, and mounting equipment
- Support electrical troubleshooting, commissioning, and field service activities as needed
- Use quality measurement tools and follow established quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of electrical panel building experience
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and BOMs
- Experience building, wiring, and testing industrial control panels
- Exposure to PLCs and HMIs; PLC programming is not required
- Background in automation, controls, electrical troubleshooting, or commissioning is a plus
- Comfortable with hands-on mechanical work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for most of the workday
- Reliable, long-term mindset with a stable work history

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $28–$35/hour, based on experience
