Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled professional with BCBA certification is needed to provide applied behavior analysis services within a K-12 school setting in Chicago, IL. This full-time contract role spans the 20252026 school year, supporting a caseload of 10 to 25 students. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and progress over the course of the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred

Position Details:

• Location: Chicago, IL
• Contract Duration: August 4, 2025 May 29, 2026
• Hours: 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Caseload: 1025 students from kindergarten through 12th grade

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement interventions
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services aligned with best practices
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
