Administrative Coordinator
LaSalle Network is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support senior leaders at a purpose-driven organization based in Chicago. Responsibilities:
Keep projects and priorities on track through expert scheduling and communication
Support executive leadership with calendar management and project coordination
Create polished reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external use
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and events
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
What’s needed?
2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, or Concur is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying detail-focused
A collaborative, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
