- Play the key administrative role on a project team, effectively using technology and financial understanding to achieve results
- Interact with customers, clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Construction and restoration project coordination
- Financial administration
- High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant work experience (e.g., customer service, accounting, collections, office administration)
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail to meet deadlines, data accuracy
- Effective communication skills with a variety of people
- Able to understand financial information
- Calm demeanor and empathy to deliver excellent customer service
- Eagerness to learn new skills and views technology as a business necessity and performance enhancement
