The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.

The LaSalle Chicago, Autograph Collection located on South LaSalle Street in the heart of Chicago’s financial district, is a 229-room luxury hotel occupying the top five floors of a historic landmark building. It sits atop the JW Marriott Hotel, which occupies the first 12 stories of the former Continental Bank building.
