  • Develop and distribute market-facing toolkits, proposal templates, stewardship language, and campaign playbooks that drive field engagement in unrestricted revenue.
  • Conduct quarterly training sessions and national collaboration calls with field staff to share tools, ideas, and strategies for growing unrestricted revenue.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 100+ national unrestricted corporate prospects and manage ongoing cultivation in CRM.

  • Collaborate with Executive Directors to identify and co-cultivate local corporate leads for unrestricted giving opportunities.
  • Represent the Development team in cross-functional planning with Mission, MarComm, Advocacy and other internal teams to align revenue and partnership strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and partner activity through dashboards, CRM entries, and internal reporting structures.
  • Launch and scale at least one new national or regional campaign platform by end of year one.
  • Deliver internal audit of existing unrestricted efforts and establish shared benchmarks for success across teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in corporate partnerships, campaign execution, or multi-channel fundraising.
  • Proven success in project management and internal cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Skilled in developing scalable fundraising tools, campaign assets, and communication resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, aligning multiple internal stakeholders toward shared fundraising goals and accelerating project timelines across departments.
  • Track record of driving collaboration between national and field teams to launch unified campaigns and deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed nonprofit environments and balancing competing priorities while maintaining momentum on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Mission, Advocacy, and Marketing/Communications to integrate messaging and optimize partnership value.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tracking, unrestricted giving models, and donor-centric strategy.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the mission of the American Lung Association and an ability to passionately articulate impact.
  • Computer literate with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
