Assistantship Recurring/Daily Duties- on-court coaching and practice planning in conjunction with coaching staff
- student-athlete recruitment including visit day representation, on-campus visit planning, off-campus recruitment, correspondence with recruits/families, updating of recruit database
- Working with current student-athletes on academic progress and providing support/resources as needed
- Maintaining current strength/conditioning program while working to remain current with new technique/strategies
- Establishing recruiting goals and developing strategies to meet those goals.
