With over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jennifer has built a strong, customer-focused agency licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Since opening this office in 1992, we have cultivated a team of nine dedicated professionals, including a senior team member who recently celebrated 13 years with the agency. Our agency has consistently excelled, earning a spot in the Honor Club since 2000 and achieving Crystal status. As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Burnidge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Focus on customer retention, getting ahead of issues before they arise.
- Conduct appointments with customers to uncover needs and ensure coverages and policies are up to date.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
