Salesforce Technology Lead

Job Description

This role owns end to end day to day delivery. The Project Manager will ensure milestones are met, decisions are documented and signed off, stakeholders are informed, and development and release activities move smoothly across teams.

Development and architecture are already staffed. This role is responsible for coordination, clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.

A consulting background is strongly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management experience

• Consultant background strongly preferred

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage credibly with developers and architects

• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce initiatives

• Experience leading a Workday integration with Salesforce

• Experience leading a Asana integration with Salesforce

• Excellent project management discipline and follow through

• Ability to document decisions, enforce sign offs, and manage scope rigorously

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
