Estate Planning Paralegal
Estate Planning Paralegal:Â
A 12-attorney law firm located in Northbrook is growing and looking to add an estate planning paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates.Key Responsibilities:Â
⢠Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.Â
⢠Prepare probate court filingsÂ
⢠Manage and organize client files and records.Â
⢠Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.Â
⢠Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.Â
Qualifications:Â
⢠Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal, administration/probate experience required.
⢠Strong organizational and communication skills.Â
⢠Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Â
