Document Prep & Scanning Specialist
Clerical Office Help Wanted
- We are a 24-year-old company looking for a person to work 2-3 days per week.
- Small office with friendly co-workers currently all women.
- We work either from 8-1 or 9-1, and are flexible.
- This is ideal for someone who is looking for local work and to earn extra money.
- The office is in Crispin Commons industrial park by Bowes & McClean in Elgin.
- Pay period is every 2 weeks starting @ $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare paper documents for scanning.
- Remove staples, paper clips, creases, tears, etc.
- Job is simple but repetitive, attention to detail and focus is ideal.
- The environment is relaxed but results focused.
- Ideal person would be comfortable prepping documents or using a PC and scanner.
- Follow production procedures and complete documentation for tracking.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is preferred.
