The Role:

• Advising on complex commercial litigation including class actions, mass torts, and enforcement matters
• Drafting and arguing motions across a range of high-stakes disputes
• Taking and defending depositions in sophisticated litigation matters
• Managing discovery processes and supporting overall case strategy
• Assisting with trial preparation and participating in trial proceedings
• Supporting negotiations and contributing to settlement strategy
• Working closely with senior attorneys on high-value, business-critical disputes
• Collaborating within a specialist litigation team on multi-faceted cases

The Candidate:

• Illinois admitted Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1–6 years’ experience
• Strong experience in complex plaintiffs’ litigation or high-stakes disputes
• Exposure to class actions, mass torts, or government enforcement work preferred
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Illinois
• Highly xrczosw organised with strong time-management capabilities
• Able to work independently and within a collaborative team
