Setting: Early Childhood Center with itinerant support
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 12:15 PM
Dates: May 27, 2026 – June 25, 2026

The Opportunity
Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support a school district in Lake in the Hills, IL for a summer contract assignment .

This is an itinerant role supporting students across early childhood, elementary, and high school levels, with a primary base in an early childhood center.

Ideal for candidates looking to pick up additional summer hours or a short-term school-based assignment.

The Work

• Provide vision services to students across multiple grade levels
• Support access to curriculum and classroom materials
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed
• Collaborate with educators and support staff

The Fit

• Illinois PEL with Blind/Visually Impaired endorsement (required)
• 1–2 years of experience as a TVI preferred
• Experience working across multiple grade levels a plus
• ACVREP or AER certification preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
