Java Developer
Build scalable Java backend systems while applying your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your real-world technical input will help improve how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect reliable microservices solutions for complex application requirements.
- Collaborate with the customer team to review technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.
- Provide expert input to improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems as needed.
- Expert proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on Spring Boot backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and backend best practices.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive projects.
- Background in high-availability or distributed systems.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $30 to $90 per hour.
