Senior Remote Labor Relations Strategist
HCSC seeks a senior Labor Relations professional to lead complex initiatives across the enterprise, including bargaining, grievances, and arbitration preparation. This role provides technical leadership within Labor Relations and supports risk mitigation without direct supervisory responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of NLRA/NLRB, contract administration, and multi-site experience. This is a remote-friendly position based in Chicago.
