Senior Director, Quality
Compensation/ Benefits:
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $200,000 plus a variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

Job Overview: The Senior Director, Quality is a strategic and operational leader responsible for embedding a culture of quality across the entire Supply Chain organization. This role ensures that sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery consistently meet or exceed customer expectations for quality, reliability, and service.
This position leads the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure facilities, equipment, personnel, and processes conform to internal guidelines and external regulatory standards. Working across departments, the Senior Director defines and promotes a Quality Mindset, driving continuous improvement, supplier excellence, and operational efficiency that supports business growth.
The Senior Director, Quality plays a pivotal role in ensuring our global supply chain delivers excellence at every stage. By embedding quality into the core of our operations, this leader will drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality strategy across the end-to-end supply chain, integrating best practices into sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
- Establish and maintain a scalable QMS that meets growth, compliance, and regulatory requirements (including ISO 9001).
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering leadership to define standards, metrics, and continuous improvement goals.
- Ensure products and processes meet or exceed customer requirements while minimizing risk, waste, and rework.
- Drive supplier quality programs, including qualification, auditing, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborate on new product designs, manufacturing methods, and process capability improvements.
- Prepare and analyze product/process quality reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to reduce variability and defects.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Quality and Operational Excellence team.
- Manage financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenditures, and initiating corrective actions where needed.
- Lead customer feedback loops to strengthen operational outcomes and customer satisfaction.
