We’re looking for a part-time Lead Wedding Planner to join our growing team! If you’re organized, creative, and passionate about crafting unforgettable client experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate 15+ weddings per year
• Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning process
• Support vendor and venue sourcing, design development, timeline creation, and day-of logistics
• Manage wedding-day execution, including rehearsals and event coordination (10–12 hour event days)
• Build and nurture relationships with local venues and vendors
• Attend networking and industry events to represent The Simply Elegant Group in your market

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of wedding and/or event planning experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Calm, creative, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Flexible weekend availability during peak season (April–October)
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset

Compensation & Perks

• Average pay range: $18-25/hr (base hourly + commissions)
