• Manage all facets of project delivery (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) from due diligence through closeout
• Oversee design coordination, including architectural/engineering selection and management
• Lead the contractor selection process (RFPs, bids, interviews, awards) and hold contractors accountable
• Mentor and support project managers and coordinators to build a high-performing team
• Maintain accurate project records and provide financial updates to leadership
• Partner with Acquisitions on due diligence and with Asset Management on capital and operational business plans
• Represent CHP with professionalism as the primary point of contact for clients

• Base salary of $130 ,000–$150,000 depending on experience
