$23–$30/hour (based on experience) | Full-Time | Paid Overtime

Our established, high-end dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Hygiene Coordinator to manage and optimize our hygiene schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior dental office experience who enjoys ensuring a productive hygiene department, maintaining strong patient relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

As the Dental Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the hygiene department running smoothly while providing exceptional patient communication and service. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining a productive hygiene schedule
• Scheduling and confirming hygiene appointments
• Contacting patients who are due or overdue for continuing care
• Filling cancellations and open hygiene time efficiently
• Coordinating scheduling with hygienists and doctors
• Providing excellent patient communication and service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in dental office administration, hygiene coordination, or front desk operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, patient-centered attitude and professional demeanor
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:30 PM
• Saturdays: 2–3 per month, 7:45 AM – 2:30 PM
• Paid overtime for hours worked over 40/week

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dental office experience required
• Experience with dental scheduling or hygiene coordination
• Must speak Spanish
• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
