Senior Operations Manager

Interplastics is seeking a high-caliber Senior Operations Manager to serve as a strategic backbone for our daily operations. In this critical role, you won't just manage orders—you will oversee the entire financial and supply chain lifecycle. You will act as a key advisor to the Top Management Team, ensuring our procurement, payroll, and invoicing processes are seamless, accurate, and scalable.

• Operational Leadership: Manage the end-to-end purchase order process in the ERP system, ensuring 100% accuracy in pricing, shipping calendars, and inventory lot readiness.
• Financial Oversight.
• Payroll Administration: Full-cycle processing of company payroll, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strict confidentiality.
• Accounts Payable/Invoicing: Direct the entry and distribution of invoices; investigate and resolve complex billing or supplier discrepancies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Monitor open orders daily, adjust ETAs, and proactively manage inbound/outbound shipments to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Executive Collaboration: Work as a right hand to the Top Management Team, providing data-driven updates, identifying operational risks, and contributing to company growth strategies.
• System & Team Management: Oversee material transfers, production orders, and provide expert-level support and mentorship to the purchasing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (Senior level experience required).
• Financial Expertise: Proven track record in payroll processing and full-cycle invoicing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent high-level experience).
• Tech Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data analysis), Adobe, and ERP systems.
• Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills; Bilingual in Spanish is a strong asset.
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Leadership Traits: High integrity for handling sensitive financial data, a "take-charge" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
