Sales Production Assistant

Overview
Pilson Ford is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Production Assistant to support a top-performing Sales Consultant.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, coachable, and driven to grow in the automotive industry. You’ll play a key role in improving productivity and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Sales Consultant with daily tasks, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Manage leads and maintain CRM activity
- Assist with deal paperwork and sales process coordination
- Help prepare and deliver vehicles to customers
- Ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and next steps
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with showroom traffic, test drives, and customer flow
