Intact Family Administrative Assistant

Seeking an organized, diligent administrative assistant to provide ongoing clerical support to Intact Family program staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will also perform routine clerical functions such as preparing and filing documents, handling correspondence, answering telephones, greeting visitors, etc. They will also maintain overall program statistics and prepare monthly billing summaries for DCFS. Position Highlights

1. Perform routine clerical functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations 2. Email Case Assignment Payment Unit providing required information to open new cases 3. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and responds to all departmental inquiries, whether made in person, via telephone or email. 4. Maintain clear documentation of communication with participants and convey them to the corresponding personnel in a timely manner. 5. Respond to emergency situations in an expeditious and efficient manner according to specified guidelines. 6. Prepare DCFS billing vouchers for reimbursement and submits to accounting by the fifth (5th) of each month. 7. Perform other related tasks as assigned by Program Director, to fulfill the mission of the program and Agency needs.
