Construction Project Manager
About the Role:
We're hiring a General Construction Project Manager who will serve as the operational backbone connecting our executive leadership, project management, and administrative teams. This is a dynamic, hands-on role and not a traditional office administrator and not a field superintendent but a true integrator who keeps projects, people, and priorities moving in sync. You’ll support multiple concurrent construction projects while also driving operational
coordination for our three-person executive team. From subcontractor coordination and compliance tracking to bid preparation, research projects, and workflow management, you’re the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Construction Project Support:
- Support administration across 6–10 concurrent projects ($25K–$1M range).
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and compliance tracking within Buildertrend.
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Track budgets, support invoicing workflows, and maintain cost visibility.
- Conduct site visits for documentation, coordination, and issue resolution.
Executive & Business Operations Support:
- Provide operational and administrative support to a three-person executive team.
- Manage research projects, document preparation, and special initiatives.
- Support estimating, bid preparation, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate certification maintenance (8(a), MBE/WBE/DBE, CMMC, bonding, insurance).
- Handle business administration including blueprint ordering, notarization, office coordination, and vendor setup.
Team Coordination & Workflow Management:
- Delegate tasks and coordinate workflows across remote administrative staff.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Serve as liaison between executive leadership, project management, and support teams.
- You’ll have strong partnership from our Construction Project Manager and administrative staff.
- Your focus is ensuring clarity, coordination, and execution across the organization.
