Job Description:
As the Lead Front Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying the calm and professional atmosphere of our spa. Your role will be crucial in managing front desk activities, assisting the Spa Manager in daily operations, and ensuring that each client’s visit starts and ends perfectly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Manage booking and scheduling of services, optimizing appointment calendar to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services and products.
• Assist the Spa Manager in administrative duties, staff coordination, and operational logistics.
• Train and lead front desk staff to ensure adherence to our high service standards.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area that reflects the serenity of our spa environment.
• Process transactions and manage the effective use of the spa management software system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or front desk management, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of Pause Massage Spa.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including booking and retail software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
