The Job at a Glance
As our Will Call specialist (Internally known as Parts Pick-Up Partner) you will get to directly interact with our customers. You must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, a deep understanding of our warehouse management software and the flexibility to pick orders. While taking care of customers at the Will Call counter is the primary objective, you will find yourself assisting other segments of the DC with small projects. Thus, having a collaborative attitude, high energy level, and the ability to perform tasks both independently and as part of a team is crucial to this position.
A Typical Day
- Assemble customer orders, pickparts, and confirm part numbers/quantities
- Accurately record customer pickups and adjust orders when needed
- Facilitate returns for defective and unwanted product
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with our supplies and support departments as needed
To Land This Opportunity
- You’re a stickler for details and you have the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
- You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted
- If you have previous warehouse experience with SAP and Will Callit’s a plus, but not required
- Bonus points if you have six months or more of customer service experience!
- You are forklift certified (or are willing to be certified)
- You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English(verbal and written)
- You’re looking to work Monday through Friday10:00am-6:30pm and are able to work Saturdays when needed
About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $42,744.83 – $52,721.25 annually ($20.55 – 25.34 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
