Full Time: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

THERMAL DEBURRING OPERATOR

Position Purpose:

• Responsible daily operations of our thermal deburring processing.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule jobs for thermal deburring.
• Accurately follow posted work instructions.
• Visually inspect parts.
• Test and maintain correct water and soap amounts.
• Drive a forklift.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum Qualifications:

• No prior experience or training.
• Basic computer skills required

Physical Demands:

• Continually required to stand.
• Frequently required to walk.
• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, or kneel.
• Occasionally required to talk or hear.
• Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds / frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds / continually lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Color vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Thermal Deburring machine, Parts Washer, Forklift, and Computer.

Pay & Benefits:

• Rate: In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the hourly payrate for this position is $19.00-$24.38. This payrate is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
