We're StaffQuick - and we're growing!StaffQuick is a full-service staffing agency with 22 branches located throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings. We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ottawa, IL.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay Period: Weekly

Pay Rate: Salary $55,000/year

Paid Time off: 7 Company Paid Holidays off

20 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment

20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment

2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1Year of employment

Summary of Job Duties:

• Responsible for applying marketing techniques to acquire new business and maintain current business
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and staff to create partnerships that yields success
• Works cooperatively with all members of the StaffQuick team to develop and implement staffing plans, activities, and new ideas
• Establish and work toward goals with limited supervision.
• Know competitor’s strategies in markets
• Market, document marketing information, and follow up with prospective new clients.
• Understanding of competitive pricing for clients and prospects
• Attend required managers meetings.
• Know all issues with every account and status of these accounts.

Requirements:

• Marketing and/or Sales experience or equivalent educational experience.
• High level of professionalism with strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Traveling to corporate office and other branch locations
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
• Maintain client communication after hours
• High School Diploma.
