responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Foremen, and field crews

Schedule and manage material deliveries; verify required certifications

Maintain daily project documentation (reports, schedules, photos)

Monitor subcontractor schedules and progress

Order, manage, and balance concrete pours

Assist with project closeout, final quantities, and job cost reports

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR heavy highway construction experience

Safety-focused; OSHA 10/30 preferred

Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Bluebeam

Ability to communicate effectively with public agencies

Physical Demands / Work Environment

The role requires regular on-site presence, including accessing all areas of the construction site in varying weather conditions. Occasional tasks include transporting materials from the yard to the jobsite and working 2nd shift during certain construction phases.
