Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrative Assistant/Permit Coordinator to work on water infrastructure construction projects in Chicago, IL .

This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure in the Chicago area.

• Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
• Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).
• May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
• Reviews and maintains permit files and folders.
• Updates and manages permit logs.
• Assists with preconstruction documentation, scheduling, and tracking log updates.
• Generates weekly time and field reports.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Permitting experience
• Chicago Water Infrastructure experience.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00.
