We are seeking a dependable, guest-focused hospitality professional to help create a welcoming breakfast experience and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service. In this role, you will prepare and present breakfast items, keep service areas organized and stocked, and support a positive start to each guest’s day. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present breakfast items according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain breakfast service areas throughout the shift.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and kept at safe temperatures.
• Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and respond to basic questions about menu items and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the appropriate team member.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash and store dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and preparation for the next shift.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to help ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work early morning hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing routine physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying supplies.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
