Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professional polish, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the CEO’s right-hand, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and communications while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Serve as a trusted liaison with internal teams, board members, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Anticipate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic engagements, ensuring the CEO is always fully briefed.
• Plan and execute high-profile events such as board meetings and strategy sessions.
• Provide limited personal support while maintaining the utmost discretion.
• Organize and manage logistics for board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within professional services
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience supporting board activities or executive committees is a plus.
