Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift | $27–$32/hr + Full Benefits | Addison, IL

Join a manufacturing team where your mechanical skills matter. We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support 2nd Shift operations at a busy facility in Addison, Illinois. What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and injection molding equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Keep conveyors, molding machines, and other production equipment running at top performance.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints—mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor.

Schedule & Pay:

• Competitive pay: $27.00 – $32.00/hr. (based on experience)
• 2nd Shift Full Time Position - Must be available train on 1st shift for approximately 3 months before moving to 2nd shift full time
• Overtime on weekends as needed!

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years strongly preferred).
• Comfortable working with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• STRONG ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Must be able to troubleshoot industrial equipment and PLC's
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to safety.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty and solve trouble shooting issues as needed.
