Role Scope

In this role, you will:

• Lead structured virtual sessions centred on career direction and leadership capability
• Utilise mentoring and facilitation experience to guide professionals navigating career transitions
• Engage with qualified individuals via digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to leadership development conversations and online engagement activities
• Operate independently within defined systems, frameworks, and compliance standards

This role combines professional independence with a structured consulting framework.

Experience & Expertise

Applicants should demonstrate:

• 5+ years’ experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, or academic administration
• Strong communication and one to one and group facilitation capability
• Experience mentoring adults or supporting professional development initiatives
• Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital platforms
• High levels of accountability, organisation, and self-direction

This role is well suited to experienced professionals seeking to apply their existing skillset in a new, flexible professional context.
