Executive Pastry Chef
What You'll Do
- Senior Leadership: Act as the primary deputy to the Corporate Executive Pastry Chef; assist in overseeing and leading a team of at least 10+ pastry professionals.
- Station Ownership Advocacy: Move beyond individual station work to leading the entire staff to own their stations, prep lists, and organizational standards with meticulous detail.
- Multi-Unit & Event Mastery: Ensure absolute consistency in quality and technique across all outlets. Lead the production and on-site execution of high-volume private catering events.
- Advanced Operational Oversight: Manage departmental labor, inventory, and procurement, ensuring all units meet the financial and quality benchmarks set by Corporate.
- Technical Excellence: Remain a master of the line; you must be capable of jumping into any station to plate with elegance and high-speed efficiency during peak volume.
- Safety Accountability: Maintain expert-level knowledge of allergens and enforce 100% compliance with Sanitation and Food Protection Manager standards across the team.
- Mindset: Self-driven, punctual, and motivated by upward mobility and leadership.
- Advanced Compliance: Maintain expert-level allergen knowledge and enforce strict Sanitation/ServSafe standards across all units.

Required Education, Experience and Documentation:
- 5+ years of pastry experience, with at least 2 years in a management or Sous Chef capacity within high-volume or multi-unit environments
- Pastry Certificate or Culinary Degree preferred
- Food Handler Certification
